August celebration update

Keeping the loop; the bench and small panels have been given the go ahead. I have ordered and paid for the bench, and it will be ready this week. The 3 small plaques will be ready on the 17th July. The two rocks for the plantings of the 2000 Para Olympics and the school will be found near the Mannheim gate, and placed in position, thanks to our rangers' help. The Roll of Honour is about complete, and has about 240 names from the 20 years.
