Many thanks for some hard work on dragging logs, dead branches etc to protect the Swansonia rectas..we were delighted to find over 50 plants, very fragile but obviously will be flowering shortly; we tried to block some of the paths on and over the plants as the roos live in that area. By blocking the short cuts, the roos have slightly longer paths around the area..we may be lucky! After the tea we went up the hill, past the dam which is almost dry again, and weeding enroute; a wedge tailed eagle passed over head. I will be in contact for our flower walks, over the next weeks; the flowers are quite spectacular.
